Official Rules

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 19, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

Winners will be announced during the week of July 20, 2026 across Sponsor's channels. In the event that Sponsor is unable to reasonably complete winner announcement during that week due to circumstances beyond its control, Sponsor shall announce winners as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

To enter, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Atmee is an 18+ platform.
• Have (or create) an Atmee account in good standing.
• Have access to the internet and a valid email address.

The Contest is open internationally, except that it is void, and no entries will be accepted from, residents of: the Province of Quebec (Canada), Brazil, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, Russia, Belarus, and any other jurisdiction where the Contest is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, translation, or governmental approval that Sponsor has not obtained. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their spouses) and household members of any of the above.

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

Entry is free. To enter:

1. Create a new public avatar on Atmee during the Contest Period. Avatars created before July 13, 2026 do not qualify. The avatar must be set to public and remain public through the end of the judging and announcement period.
2. Submit the official contest entry form at the link provided on the Contest page (contest.atmee.ai) and select your category. The entry form is your official entry. Posting in Discord or on social media is encouraged but does not by itself constitute an entry.
3. Optionally, share your avatar in the #show-your-avatar channel of Sponsor's Discord server and on other platforms to drive engagement.

Categories. There are two categories, each judged and awarded separately:

• Category 1 — Verified Digital Twin: an avatar of a real, identifiable person (yourself, a creator, a public figure, or a brand persona) entered with all required rights and consents (see Section 4).
• Category 2 — Original Character: a wholly original creation designed and built from scratch on Atmee.

Entry limits. One (1) avatar per category, and a maximum of two (2) entries per person/account (one in each category). Entries submitted through multiple or duplicate accounts, or on behalf of another person, will be void. Sponsor may, in its discretion, reassign an entry that is clearly mislabeled to the correct category or disqualify it.

By entering, you represent and warrant that your entry:

• Is your own creation and does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• For Verified Digital Twin entries: you are the person depicted, or you have obtained that person's express, verifiable consent (and, where applicable, the legal rights) to use their name, image, likeness, and voice. Entries depicting public figures you do not represent, or any person who has not consented, are prohibited and will be disqualified;
• For Original Character entries: does not copy, imitate, or infringe any third party's characters, trademarks, or other intellectual property;
• Complies with Atmee's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and content moderation policies, including all prohibitions on depictions of minors, non-consensual content, and other prohibited content;
• Contains no content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor may remove, disqualify, or moderate any entry at any time for violation of these requirements or its platform policies. Entries remain subject to Atmee's standard moderation processes at all times.

Each eligible entry will be scored out of 100 points, judged only against other entries in the same category:

• Popularity — 50 points. Genuine engagement measured directly from Sponsor's backend systems during the Contest Period: unique users, conversations, and chat time.
• Quality & Content — 50 points. The avatar's image, voice, and content, each weighted equally, as evaluated by a qualified judging panel composed of members of the Atmee team.

The highest-scoring eligible entry in each category will be selected as the potential winner of that category. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the higher Quality & Content score wins; if still tied, the judging panel will re-evaluate the tied entries and its determination will be final. Sponsor's records and the judging panel's decisions are final and binding.

• Two (2) prizes total — one (1) per category. Each prize: US$100 cash plus a featured placement of the winning avatar on the Atmee Explore carousel for a period determined by Sponsor.
• ARV of each prize: US$100. Total ARV of all prizes: US$200.
• Limit one (1) prize per person/account, even if the same person leads both categories; in that case, the prize for the second category will go to the next-highest-scoring eligible entry.
• Cash prizes will be paid in US dollars via a reasonable electronic payment method (e.g., PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer). Currency conversion rates and third-party transfer fees are outside Sponsor's control.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
• All federal, state, provincial, local, and foreign taxes, duties, and fees on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete tax documentation where required by applicable law.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Atmee account and/or their contest entry form within approximately seven (7) days of the end of the Contest Period. A potential winner must respond and complete any required claim steps — which may include an eligibility declaration, likeness-consent verification (for Digital Twin entries), a liability/publicity release, tax documentation where required, and, if required by applicable law (including for Canadian residents), correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question — within seven (7) days of notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the claim period, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award it to the next-highest-scoring eligible entry in that category.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Atmee account used to create the entered avatar.

Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, administrative, or operator errors in any Contest materials, including these Official Rules, the Contest website, entry forms, emails, advertisements, and social media posts.

Without limiting the foregoing: if any Contest material states a prize amount, prize quantity, date, or other term in obvious error — for example, if a prize is mistakenly listed as US$100,000 when the intended prize is US$100 — the correct value as stated in these Official Rules will govern, and Sponsor is not obligated to award any prize, amount, or benefit stated in error.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any other statement in Contest-related materials or communications, these Official Rules will prevail, govern, and control.

If the Contest cannot run as planned for any reason — including fraud, bugs, viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in whole or in part, and to select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken, using the judging criteria in Section 5.

Sponsor may amend these Official Rules where required to comply with applicable law or platform policies.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be:

• Violating these Official Rules or Atmee's Terms of Use or content policies;
• Tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process, judging, engagement metrics, or the operation of the Contest or the Atmee platform;
• Using bots, scripts, macros, automation, multiple accounts, or other artificial means to enter or inflate engagement;
• Entering a Digital Twin without the depicted person's consent, or misrepresenting the originality or category of an entry;
• Acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent manner.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST WEBSITE OR THE ATMEE PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, username, avatar, likeness of the winning entry, country/city of residence, and statements about the Contest for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice. Winners may be required to sign a document confirming this consent.

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest (such as your name, email address, Atmee account details, and country of residence) will be used to administer the Contest — including verifying eligibility, judging, notifying winners, delivering prizes, and complying with legal obligations — in accordance with Atmee's Privacy Policy.

Entering the Contest does not require consent to marketing communications, and any such consent (e.g., newsletter opt-in) is separate and may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each message. Entrants in the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with data protection laws have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access, correction, and deletion. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Sponsor or its service providers operate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering the Contest each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, the entry, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; any technical malfunction, interruption, or failure of any network, server, software, platform, email system, or payment provider; errors or inaccuracies in Contest-related materials (subject to Section 8); or any injury or damage to any person or property related to participation in the Contest. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory rights of consumers in jurisdictions where such rights cannot be waived.

Avatars entered in the Contest remain subject to the ownership and license terms in Atmee's Terms of Use. In addition, by entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your entered avatar (including its name, image, and sample interactions) in connection with the Contest, the Explore carousel feature, and related promotion of the Contest and the Atmee platform.

All Atmee trademarks, logos, and Contest materials are the property of Sponsor and/or its licensors.

The Contest is run solely by Sponsor and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tally, or any other social media or third-party platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of Atmee's Terms of Use. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
